Packages for the convention include participation in all convention activities according to the convention schedule.
The open-style buffet meals included in a particular package are listed in the package description.
Sunday lunch is not included in any package and a meal ticket can be purchased for it. Friday breakfast and lunch is included only in the 4 Day congress package. For those arriving early on Friday, a lunch meal ticket can be purchased separately.

In order to lower costs for everyone, meal tickets will be sold for the optional lunches on Friday and Sunday. Many people arrive later on Friday or leave early on Sunday so we offer tickets for these meals to be purchased online when you register.

Additional Hotel Room Nights Before and After the Convention
Discounted hotel room rates have been negotiated with the hotel for the 3 days before and 3 days after the convention, based on availability. Rooms are offered to you at this rate when you complete your registration. They can be ordered only at the single room rate of $95 each. Rooms are not guaranteed until they are paid for.
Guarantee of Hotel Room Availability
No hotel rooms can be guaranteed until your registration payment is made. The hotel requires a rooming list from us by April 15, 2013. If you have not paid for your registration fee by April 15th, your hotel room will not be guaranteed. The block of rooms will only be held for us until April 15th. If your payment is made after that date, you run the risk of having to stay at a nearby hotel (within walking distance ½ mile away).
Notice
As part of the activities during the Bnei Baruch North American Convention, you may engage in physical activities or experience heightened emotional states. Due to the electronic equipment, there are high levels of electromagnetic frequency (EMF) present. If you suffer from physical, mental or psychological conditions that make you sensitive to these types of exposures, you should carefully consider whether attending the Convention is appropriate for you or not.
Bnei Baruch America reserves the right to refuse registration and admittance to this event.
Payment
Complete payment of all convention fees is expected by April 26th. In addition to guaranteeing the number of hotel rooms, we must guarantee the number of meals to the hotel in advance.
Payment can be made via credit card when you register or credit card payments can be made later using your confirmation number to re-enter your registration and clicking on the Submit Payment tab on the top menu bar.
Checks or Money Orders will be accepted for your registration fees for advanced payment—no checks will be accepted for onsite payments. Checks and money orders must be received by April 26th. Make checks payable to “Bnei Baruch America” Include your confirmation number in the memo section or on a note with the check and indicate it is for the convention.

Roommates
If you want help finding a roommate, answer yes to the question on the registration form and we will send an invitation and permission form for you to join a private spreadsheet where roommate seekers like you can find roommates to match up with. Further instructions are included in the invitation.
Note that roommates must have the same:
- Convention Package (4 Day or 3 Day)
- Room Occupancy (double, triple, or quad)
If you wait to make your payment or to find your roommate(s) until you arrive at the convention, you will need to have all roommates present before any of you can check into a hotel room. Also, it is very likely that you will be compelled to stay in a room with an occupancy of fewer people than desired and will need to pay the difference (risking your staying in a single room or possibly at an alternate nearby hotel). We cannot guarantee the availability of rooms in the onsite hotel.
We’ve provided this convenient roommate finding option, since we cannot manage the accommodation of multiple shared room offerings onsite. Please take advantage of this opportunity to make your arrangements in advance.
Registration Changes
If you need to change your reservations, click on this link where you made your reservation, as you are able to make your own changes. You will need the confirmation number issued to you when you made your original reservation.
Onsite Registration
When you arrive at the convention site, you will check in with the Bnei Baruch registration desk to receive your admission to the convention, meal tickets for the optional Friday and Sunday lunches, name badge, and to receive a voucher for your hotel room check-in from the hotel reception.
Your experience will be much smoother and easier if you have made any changes to your registration in advance and have completely paid for your fees. We want everyone to have the best experience possible and strongly encourage you to take care of these matters in advance.
