85- Observing Torah Only in the Land of Israel

The Torah in its entirety is found only in the land of Israel (The Zohar, Haazinu).

There is the quality of “desert,” “settlement,” “world,” and “land of Israel.” This means that all the Mitzvot [commandments] can be observed even when one is abroad, meaning even though he has not entered the Kedusha [holiness] of the land of Israel, called “kingdom of heaven.” However, the Mitzvot of fear and love cannot be observed abroad, since before one has the kingdom of heaven, he can observe only by compulsion, and not out of love and of one’s own volition.
