Baruch Shalom HaLevi Ashlag (The RABASH)

144- Revealed and Concealed

The Torah divides into two manners: The practice of Mitzvot [commandments], which are the revealed part, a visible act. And there is a part of the Torah that is called “hidden,” which is unseen. That part of the Torah belongs to the general public, but the part of the Torah that is unrelated to practices is called “hidden” and belongs only to the thought and the desire, meaning the mind and the heart.
