181- The Quality of Adam HaRishon – 1

The quality of Adam HaRishon is dust, as it is written, “And God created man from the dust of the earth.” “Dust” means that he is unfit for sowing. This means that in and of herself, Malchut, which is the will to receive on which there was a Tzimtzum [restriction], has no life at all. Rather, it is called “a space devoid of light.”
