Desire or Intellect

Do I need to change the desire or the intellect?

The intellect always serves the ego and thus it has been throughout the length of human development. But this is so only for the stages of inanimate, vegetative, and animal. Today we must go above to a new level, to spirituality, i.e., to the level of speaking, and all of our observation of the world needs to change.

The intellect doesn't want to work for bestowal since we don't have the desire to bestow. When the desire to bestow comes, then the intellect will work together with it since the intellect works with the desire. The intellect is like a machine, computer, and it doesn't care what the data is. In the meantime it receives data from the desire to receive.

The only thing to do is to summon the Surrounding Light to correct the desire. The Light doesn't correct the intellect. The Light will correct the desire and the intellect will serve the new desire.
