For Your Crimes, Your Mother Was Sent Away"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>\u201cFor your crimes, your mother was sent away,\u201d meaning repentance from both sides. The internality in Torah and&nbsp;<em>Mitzvot<\/em>&nbsp;[commandments] is called \u201cyour mother,\u201d meaning she pours on us abundance, as is the nature of a mother who sustains her children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The question is why do we not feel the internality of the abundance that is clothed in Torah and&nbsp;<em>Mitzvot<\/em>. The answer is that before a person is qualified to receive, meaning before he can receive in order to bestow, he is placed under the rule of the&nbsp;<em>Tzimtzum<\/em>&nbsp;[restriction], which is an empty place. Only through repentance, when one obtains the vessels of bestowal, one becomes fit to receive. At that time, the internality that is concealed in Torah and&nbsp;<em>Mitzvot<\/em>&nbsp;is revealed to him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is called \u201cFor your crimes, your mother was sent away,\u201d through the sins that are governed by reception in order to receive. At that time, one must send and push away the internality in Torah and&nbsp;<em>Mitzvot<\/em>, and it is regarded as nonexistent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When one repents, it is called \u201crepentance from both sides\u201d: 1) The lower to the upper, when one comes closer to the Creator and wants to bestow upon Him, 2) The upper to the lower, when the Creator is revealed to a person and it is considered that He returns Himself, after being far.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u201cFor your crimes, your mother was sent away,\u201d meaning repentance from both sides.
