One should not think that if he sees tokens and signs from the Creator, he will be able to engage in Torah and&nbsp;<em>Mitzvot<\/em>&nbsp;[commandments]. Rather, \u201cand kept My Torah,\u201d meaning that only through the Torah does one acquire the strength to engage in Torah and&nbsp;<em>Mitzvot<\/em>&nbsp;for the sake of the Creator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The proof of this is the tearing of the Red Sea, where after all the miracles and wonders, Amalek still had the power to come and fight against Israel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>275. 275. I Wish They Left Me and Kept My Law<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI wish they left Me and kept My Torah [law]\u201d (Jerusalem Talmud,&nbsp;<em>Hagigah<\/em>, 6b).
