The Most Important Are the Mind and the Heart"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>I heard on Thursday,&nbsp;<em>Vayera<\/em>, November 6, 1952<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There should be a preparation on the discernment of \u201cmind,\u201d in that same work which refers to the quality of faith. This means that if one is negligent in the work of faith, he falls to a state of wanting only knowledge, which is a&nbsp;<em>Klipa<\/em>[shell], which is against the&nbsp;<em>Shechina<\/em>&nbsp;[Divinity]. Hence, one\u2019s work is to strengthen the discernment of \u201cmind\u201d every time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Similarly, if one feels negligence in the work of the heart, he must strengthen the work that relates to the quality of \u201cheart,\u201d and perform opposite operations, meaning affliction of the body, which is the opposite of the will to receive. The difference between negligence in the work of the mind and the work of the heart is that there is an evil&nbsp;<em>Klipa<\/em>&nbsp;[shell] against the mind that can prompt a state of \u201cpondering the beginning.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hence, one must perform opposite actions, meaning in every renewal of the discernment of \u201cmind\u201d he will take upon himself remorse for the past and acceptance of the future. One can receive the source that causes it from the discernment of \u201cstill.\u201d And the matter of the clothing of faith is a perpetual and eternal thing.
