By \u201cThe face of the Lord is in evildoers,\u201d the face of the Creator cancels even the memory of the bad. This is the meaning of \u201ccut off the memory of them from the earth.\u201d Eretz<\/em> [earth\/land] comes from the word Ratzon<\/em> [desire].
