What the Twelve Challahs on Shabbat Imply"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>I heard on&nbsp;<em>Elul<\/em>, August 1942<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the songs of Shabbat [Sabbath] it is written, \u201cwill reveal to us the flavor of twelve challahs [Sabbath bread], which are a letter in His name, multiplied and faint.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We should interpret the words of the holy ARI. It is known that two&nbsp;<em>Vavs<\/em>&nbsp;were made by the second&nbsp;<em>Tzimtzum<\/em>&nbsp;[restriction], meaning the right side and the left side. However, it also shines in the six thousand years. This is the meaning of the six workdays, discerned as \u201cthat God has created to do.\u201d And Shabbat is called \u201cresting\u201d (as it is written, \u201cand on the seventh day He ceased from work and rested\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is considered&nbsp;<em>Shabbat<\/em>&nbsp;[Sabbath], which shines in the six thousand years, as then the Shabbat is considered resting, like a person carrying a load, and stands to rest along the way to regain his strength.
