That Disciple Who Learned in Secret"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>I heard on&nbsp;<em>Tishrei<\/em>&nbsp;5, September 16, 1942<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That disciple who learned in secret, Bruria struck him and said, \u201cordered in all things,\u201d if ordered in the 248, exists. Secret means\u00a0<em>Katnut<\/em>\u00a0[smallness\/infancy], from the word\u00a0<em>Chash-Mal<\/em>.\u00a0<em>Chash<\/em>\u00a0means\u00a0<em>Kelim de Panim<\/em>\u00a0[anterior vessels], and\u00a0<em>Mal<\/em>\u00a0means\u00a0<em>Kelim de Achor<\/em>\u00a0[posterior vessels], the\u00a0<em>Kelim<\/em>\u00a0below the\u00a0<em>Chazeh<\/em> [chest], which induce\u00a0<em>Gadlut<\/em>\u00a0[greatness\/adulthood].<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That disciple thought that if he had been awarded the state of&nbsp;<em>Chash<\/em>, a desire to bestow, and all his intentions are only to bestow, then he has been awarded everything. But the purpose of creating the worlds was to do good to His creations, to receive all the sublime pleasures, so man would achieve the full stature, even below the&nbsp;<em>Chazeh<\/em>, meaning the whole 248. This is why Bruria told him the verse, \u201cordered in all things,\u201d in all 248.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This means that he would extend below the&nbsp;<em>Chazeh<\/em>, too, meaning that he should extend&nbsp;<em>Gadlut<\/em>, too. This is&nbsp;<em>Mal<\/em>, speech, considered disclosure, to reveal the whole level. However, to avoid impairing, one must first receive the&nbsp;<em>Katnut<\/em>, called&nbsp;<em>Chash<\/em>, which is in secret, not yet revealed.
