The\u00a0Mitzva\u00a0of\u00a0Sukkah"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>In the&nbsp;<em>Yotzer<\/em>&nbsp;[prayer] of the Monday morning prayer, the poet says there: \u201cLet the&nbsp;<em>Mitzva<\/em>&nbsp;[commandment] of&nbsp;<em>Sukkah<\/em>&nbsp;not be light in your eyes, for it is equal to all the&nbsp;<em>Mitzvot<\/em>&nbsp;[commandments] of His laws.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We should ask why a&nbsp;<em>Sukkah<\/em>&nbsp;is equal to all the&nbsp;<em>Mitzvot<\/em>. Baal HaSulam explained that&nbsp;<em>Sukkah<\/em>&nbsp;means faith, a \u201cshadow of faith.\u201d Naturally, we understand that faith is equal to all the&nbsp;<em>Mitzvot<\/em>. That is, to the extent of the faith, so he observes the&nbsp;<em>Mitzvot<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Likewise, we can understand what is written there: \u201cFor no harm will come to all who observe it.\u201d That is, one who has faith cannot be harmed by anything. \u201cIn the future, He will curse all who despise it,\u201d since they have no faith.
