{"id":13524,"date":"2025-12-31T11:53:56","date_gmt":"2025-12-31T11:53:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staging.kabbalah.info\/?post_type=book&#038;p=13524"},"modified":"2026-01-28T11:46:56","modified_gmt":"2026-01-28T11:46:56","slug":"confiscating-his-assets-to-a-priest","status":"publish","type":"book","link":"https:\/\/www.kabbalah.info\/en\/confiscating-his-assets-to-a-priest\/","title":{"rendered":"Confiscating His Assets to a Priest"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>46) The following&nbsp;<em>Mitzva<\/em>&nbsp;is to discuss the one who confiscates his possessions to a priest, as it is written, \u201cEvery devoted thing in Israel shall be yours.\u201d It is also written, \u201cEvery thing that opens the womb, of all flesh which they offer unto the Lord, both of man and beast.\u201d When you replace the [Hebrew] letters of womb, it is&nbsp;<em>Reish<\/em>&#8211;<em>Mem<\/em>&#8211;<em>Het<\/em>, the number of man\u2019s 248 organs. It is said about them, \u201cIn wrath remember compassion.\u201d After a man is angered and devotes that beast to himself, another god, a serpent is on it, as it is said about him, \u201cCursed are you from among all cattle.\u201d And he is to man\u2019s left. This is why the Creator commanded giving her to the priest, who is mercy and blessing, to surrender the anger because that bitterness had awakened in that man, which is the sword of the angel of death. This is why the right awakened toward him with mercy and the anger of the left surrendered, as it is written, \u201cIn wrath remember compassion.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>47) One who is angry has the potion of death in the anger. It is written about him, \u201cAll who is angry, it is as though he is committing idolatry,\u201d since the&nbsp;<em>Sitra Achra<\/em>&nbsp;burns man. And in that beast which he gives to the priest, the womb departs him.&nbsp;<em>SAM<\/em>&nbsp;is another God; it is confiscation. And his&nbsp;<em>Nukva<\/em>&nbsp;is a curse, included in all the curses in&nbsp;<em>Mishneh Torah<\/em>&nbsp;[<em>Repetition of the Torah<\/em>]. And the Creator blessed in the whole Torah, and all the blessings are from the right, where the priest is gripped. This is the reason why every thing devoted should be given to the priest, who burns it in the fire and consumes it from the world.
