84) \u201cShe is not afraid of the snow for her household; for all her household are clothed in scarlet.\u201d The Assembly of Israel suckles from two sides, once in Rachamim<\/em> and once in Din<\/em>. When she wishes to suckle in Rachamim<\/em>, a place is found where the Rachamim<\/em> can fit. When she wishes to suckle in Din<\/em>, a place is found where the Din<\/em> can fit and on which to be. It is so because so it is everywhere, nothing is present above until a place is found for it to be on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For this reason, the Assembly of Israel will not fear the snow for her household, since her whole household is clothed in scarlet. One is present only in that, white in red and red in white. The right, Hesed<\/em>, is incomplete without the left, Din<\/em>, and vice-versa, since the right line, Holam<\/em>, in which the Yod<\/em> does not come out of the Avir<\/em>, is VAK<\/em> without GAR<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is why the left is needed, for the Hochma<\/em> extends from it, and then the right has GAR<\/em>. For this reason Malchut<\/em> does not draw Hassadim<\/em>, meaning right and Rachamim<\/em>, until she already has illumination of Hochma<\/em>. At that time the illumination of Hochma<\/em> becomes a place and a receptacle for the light of Rachamim<\/em> and Hassadim<\/em>, and they become GAR<\/em> in it. Also, Malchut<\/em> does not extend Hochma<\/em> from the left, Din<\/em>, unless she already has Hassadim<\/em> and Rachamim<\/em>, and then Hochma<\/em> dresses inside the Hassadim<\/em> and illuminates. And as long as she has no Hassadim<\/em>, the Hochma<\/em> that she receives is darkness and not light, thus the Hassadim<\/em> are a place and a receptacle for the Hochma<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is known that if Hochma<\/em> illuminates alone in Malchut<\/em>, without settling in Hassadim<\/em>, Malchut<\/em> freezes. For this reason the Assembly of Israel will not fear the snow for her household. That is, she does not fear the freezing because her whole house is clothed in scarlet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do not pronounce it Shanim<\/em> [scarlet], but Shnaim<\/em> [two], two lights, Hochma<\/em> and Hassadim<\/em> together, for then the lights do not freeze. One is present only inside the other, white in red, for Hesed<\/em> from the right, white, is in Hochma<\/em> from the left, red. And also, red in white, when Hochma<\/em> on the left, red, is in Hassadim<\/em> on the right, white.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

85) \u201cFear him not.\u201d The word \u201chim\u201d when it is full, with two Vavs<\/em>, appears twice in the Torah, once here, and once in the verse, \u201cUntil your brother requires it,\u201d since they mean an actual letter, and are not derived from the word Et<\/em> [the]. \u201cUntil your brother requires it\u201d should be interpreted as a sign and a token of that loss.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

86) Here, too, it is \u201cIt.\u201d This is Og, who clung to Abraham, and who was of his household. 88) The Creator promptly said, \u201cFear him not,\u201d meaning his token, and he does not even need the right. \u201cFor I have given him into your hand,\u201d meaning your left will uproot him from the world. 90) Happy are Israel among whom was the prophet Moses, for whom the Creator made all those tokens. The Creator did not make a covenant with the rest of the people to bond with them, but with Israel, who are Abraham\u2019s sons.
