Signs of the Son of David"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>\u201cThe son of David [Messiah] does not come until all pennies have run out from the pocket\u201d (Sanhedrin 97a). A \u201cpocket\u201d means the&nbsp;<em>Kelim<\/em>&nbsp;[vessels] where man\u2019s energy is placed, meaning that he has done all that he could, and then he will be rewarded with redemption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The son of David does not come until they give up on redemption, as was said, \u201cAnd none is stopped and abandoned,\u201d as though there is no supporter or helper to Israel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rabbi Hanina said, \u201cThe son of David does not come until a fish is sought after for a sick man, but it will not be found\u201d (Sanhedrin 98a).&nbsp;<em>Dag<\/em>&nbsp;[fish] comes from&nbsp;<em>De\u2019agah<\/em>&nbsp;[concern\/worry] (as it is written, \u201cAnd the fish that was in the Nile died\u201d).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u201cThe son of David [Messiah] does not come until all pennies have run out from the pocket\u201d (Sanhedrin 97a).
