350. King David said, \u201cLord, in the morning You shall hear my voice; in the morning I will set up for You and hope.\u201d The morning is Abraham\u2019s morning, Hesed, which awakens in the world, as it is written, \u201cAnd Abraham arose early in the morning,\u201d since when the morning comes, that morning, Hesed, awakens in the world, and it is a time of good will for all to do Hesed to the whole world, to the righteous and to the wicked. 352. Because it is a time of good will, the Creator seeks to advocate a person. If he is in prayer or has repented, He has mercy on him. At that time, the sound of nesting birds is heard, as it is written, \u201cwhere birds build their nests,\u201d since those birds thank and praise the Creator, and that morning doe [hind] awakened in the world and said, \u201cHow great is Your goodness, which You have concealed for those who fear You.\u201d At that time, that appointee over healing comes out and does all that he has been commanded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
353. The kinds of healing are not in the hands of that appointee, since healing is only in the hands of the holy King. However, when the Creator commands healing on that person, the appointee goes out, and all the slanderers appointed over bad illnesses fear him. Then, that spirit which travels from the south side, the spirit of Hesed, gives the Hesed to the person, and healing is found. However, it is all in the hands of the Creator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
354. This is why it is written, \u201cLord, in the morning You will hear my voice,\u201d and it is not written \u201cLord, hear my voice,\u201d since it speaks of the morning of Abraham. It is written, \u201cIn the morning I will set up for You and hope.\u201d Why the twofold \u201cmorning\u201d?
