13. What is the beginning here, that he said, \u201cYou have begun\u201d? Indeed, Moses was the beginning in the world, to be completely whole. 17. The Creator gave all the other nations in the world to appointed ministers that govern them. And Israel, the Creator gripped them to His lot and to His share, to actually unite with them. He gave them the holy Torah in order to unite with His name.
