It is written, \u201cThe Lord has bared His holy arm.\u201d This is one arm, the left line, on which salvation depends, on which vengeance depends, and on which redemption depends. \u201cThe Lord has bared His holy arm\u201d to raise the Assembly of Israel from the dust,&nbsp;<em>Malchut<\/em>, from the dust, and to welcome her to connect as one.
