127. \u201cAnd it shall come to pass in that day, that the great Shofar [festive horn] shall be blown, and they who were lost in the land of Assyria, and were outcasts in the land of Egypt shall come.\u201d \u201cAnd it shall come to pass in that day,\u201d that day that is known to the Creator, as it is written, \u201cAnd it shall be one day Which is known to the Lord.\u201d \u201cIn that day,\u201d as it is written, \u201cIn the day when Gog comes over the soil of Israel.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
128. What have we with it, if it is a great or a small Shofar? However, it is a high Shofar in which slaves always go free. It is the Yovel, Bina, which is a great and high Yovel. When it awakens to bestow, all the freedom of the worlds awakens in it, and it is called a \u201cgreat Shofar.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
129. \u201cAnd they who were lost in the land of Assyria.\u201d It should have written \u201cwho are lost\u201d or \u201cwho are being lost,\u201d but what is \u201cwho were lost\u201d? It is truly lost, since they are in a different land, and one who is in a different land suckles from a different authority and it is as though he is not in faith. This is why they are called \u201clost,\u201d since they lost the faith.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
They are lost in all the sides, above and below, since when Israel are in the holy land, they are righteous and are always rewarded with everything, above, in the abundance of ZA, and below, in the abundance of Malchut. When they are abroad, they lose all that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
130. \u201cThey who were lost\u201d are the righteous, Yesod, and the assembly of Israel is Malchut. It is written about the assembly of Israel, \u201cOver what was the land,\u201d Malchut, \u201clost\u201d? It is not written \u201clost\u201d or \u201cbeing lost,\u201d but \u201cthe land was lost,\u201d which is the assembly of Israel. It is written about the righteous, \u201cthe righteous is lost.\u201d It is not written \u201clost\u201d or \u201chas been lost,\u201d but rather \u201cis lost.\u201d Thus, the righteous and the assembly of Israel are called \u201clost.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
131. It is written, \u201cAnd they who were lost shall come.\u201d From which place do those who are lost come, namely the righteous and the assembly of Israel, who are Yesod and Malchut? The assembly of Israel comes from the exile. The righteous is as it is written, \u201cWhen the Lord brought back the captives of Zion,\u201d Yesod, who is called Zion, so he will return to his place and come to bond with the assembly of Israel. For this reason, \u201cAnd they who were lost shall come from the land of Assyria.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
And it is written, \u201cBow down to the Lord in the mountain of holiness in Jerusalem.\u201d What does it mean if they who are lost are Yesod and Malchut?
