He Who Fears Me"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>\u201cYour heads, your tribes.\u201d Although I appointed for you heads, elders, and officers, you are all equal before Me, as was said, \u201cEvery man of Israel\u201d (<em>Midrash Tanchuma<\/em>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We should ask what is so remarkable about everyone being equal before the Creator, as none are transcendent from the perspective of the Creator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We should interpret that in the way of reward and punishment, there is a difference, as He says, \u201cAlthough I appointed for you,\u201d and \u201cYou are all equal,\u201d meaning in private Providence. This means that from the perspective of the Creator, namely what the Creator does, there is no difference from the perspective of the Creator between great and small, and He can bestow upon everyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We should also say in regard to choice, that the whole difference between \u201cyour heads\u201d and \u201cyour tribes\u201d is only with regard to the person, meaning in&nbsp;<em>Lo<\/em>&nbsp;<em>Lishma<\/em>&nbsp;[not for Her sake].
