Returning to One\u2019s Origin"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>\u201cHe and I cannot dwell in the same abode.\u201d Repentance means returning to one\u2019s origin, annulling before Him. When a person always thinks about increasing the glory of heaven, while he himself is annulled before Godliness, this is called \u201crepentance,\u201d when he returns to his origin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But when one is proud, meaning he does not want to annul before Him, it means that he does not want to be in the same abode with the Creator, since he wants specifically his own authority. This is called \u201ctwo authorities,\u201d the authority of the Creator and his own authority. This is why \u201cAnyone who is proud, it is as though he commits idol-worship\u201d because of the two authorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It follows that when the Creator says, \u201cHe and I cannot dwell in the same abode,\u201d it is because the Creator says to the person that it is impossible if you do not want to annul before Me.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u201cHe and I cannot dwell in the same abode.\u201d Repentance means returning to one\u2019s origin, annulling before Him.
