The Creator desires to fill us boundlessly, that we will understand and feel \u201cfrom the end of the world to its end.\u201d The problem is that we are obtuse. We lack the sense with which we can perceive the whole of reality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We have a body that is a kind of inclusive sense. Within it are five particular senses through which we sense only this world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But there is another sense that we do not presently feel. It is called \u201ca soul.\u201d In it are five particular senses, too, called&nbsp;<em>Keter<\/em>,&nbsp;<em>Hochma<\/em>,&nbsp;<em>Bina<\/em>,&nbsp;<em>Tifferet<\/em>, and&nbsp;<em>Malchut<\/em>. When we reveal our soul, we will sense the spiritual world through it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There is only one thing that we lack in order to reveal our souls, to feel that even now we are in the world of&nbsp;<em>Ein Sof<\/em>, that everything shines around us, and there are no limits\u2014 the light of&nbsp;<em>Hassadim<\/em>(mercy). The light of&nbsp;<em>Hassadim<\/em>&nbsp;is love, bestowal, and rising above the ego.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In Kabbalistic terms, we are currently in a sea of light of&nbsp;<em>Hochma<\/em>&nbsp;(wisdom), but we can reveal it only to the extent that we open ourselves with the light of&nbsp;<em>Hassadim<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If there is any pressure from the light of&nbsp;<em>Hochma<\/em>, and there is no light of&nbsp;<em>Hassadim<\/em>&nbsp;on the soul\u2019s part with which to open itself and to shine, darkness ensues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The point in the heart within us is like a drop of \u201cthe semen of the soul.\u201d Studying Kabbalah brings the surrounding light to it and gradually builds the light of&nbsp;<em>Hassadim<\/em>&nbsp;in it.
