48. \u201cHeal me, Lord, and I will be healed; save me, and I will be saved.\u201d Since it is written \u201cHeal me,\u201d what is \u201cand I will be healed\u201d? Since it is written, \u201cSave me,\u201d what is \u201cand I will be saved\u201d? Since the healer heals, who is it who strikes?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
49. All the healings are in the hands of the Creator, but there are those among them that are through a messenger, and there are those among them that were not given to a messenger. Those that were given to a messenger, sometimes, the illnesses return. But an illness that the Creator heals never returns, and there is no illness after it at all. For this reason, \u201cHeal me, Lord, and I will be healed,\u201d without slandering. And now the Creator has given me healing and robbed me, for He made me ill, and was my guarantor, for He healed me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
50. They told him that whole story. He wondered and wept, and was happy. He said, \u201cFriends, I swear that I will go to the one from whom the gentile stole the pocket, and I will bond with him, and we will give thanks and praise the Lord of the world.\u201d He was happy with them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
