But if he details them before the Creator, the Creator has mercy on him and the&nbsp;<em>Rachamim<\/em>&nbsp;prevail over the&nbsp;<em>Din<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>339) It is even more so if he cries, since he opens all the hidden doors and his prayer is accepted. Hence, the confession of his sins is the glory of the King, to make&nbsp;<em>Rachamim<\/em>&nbsp;prevail over the&nbsp;<em>Din<\/em>. This is why it is written, \u201cHe who offers a sacrifice of thanks honors Me.\u201d \u201cHonors Me\u201d is written with two&nbsp;<em>Nuns<\/em>&nbsp;[in Hebrew] for two honors, above and below, in this world and in the next world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>340) Why does he say, \u201cI acknowledged my sin unto You, and my iniquity I did not hide,\u201d and then he says, \u201cI will confess my transgressions to the Lord\u201d? He should have said, \u201cBefore You\u201d!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>341) However, all of David\u2019s words are said in the spirit of holiness. He was speaking to the kingdom of heaven, since she is the messenger from below upwards, the door to the high&nbsp;<em>Sefirot<\/em>, and man should enter her first. Then from above downwards, since the abundance is from the high&nbsp;<em>Sefirot<\/em>, she accepts him and imparts below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He who needs the King alerts her first, which is why he said, \u201cI acknowledged my sin unto You,\u201d to the kingdom of heaven. \u201cAnd my iniquity I did not hide\u201d from the Righteous One of the world,&nbsp;<em>Yesod<\/em>&nbsp;<em>de<\/em>&nbsp;<em>ZA<\/em>. \u201cI said, \u2018I will confess my transgressions to the Lord,\u2019\u201d which is the holy King,&nbsp;<em>ZA<\/em>, that all the peace is His.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The peace that one should bring before Him is in confession. He should confess his sins because thus the whole ones approach, by confessing, as it is written, \u201cWith the sacrifice of his peace-offerings for thanks.\u201d \u201cAnd You forgave the guilt of my sin. Selah\u201d is above in upper&nbsp;<em>AVI<\/em>, which are the place where&nbsp;<em>Atik<\/em>, the&nbsp;<em>Keter<\/em>, dwells. This is why this verse captures everything,&nbsp;<em>Malchut<\/em>,&nbsp;<em>Yesod<\/em>,&nbsp;<em>Tifferet<\/em>, and upper&nbsp;<em>AVI<\/em>, in whom there is the&nbsp;<em>Keter<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>342) One who makes a request of the King must unite the holy Name in his will from below upwards, from&nbsp;<em>Malchut<\/em>&nbsp;to&nbsp;<em>Keter<\/em>, and from above downwards, from&nbsp;<em>Keter<\/em>&nbsp;to&nbsp;<em>Malchut<\/em>\u2014uniting everything in one unification in&nbsp;<em>Ein Sof<\/em>&nbsp;[infinity], and in this unification he will include his plea. Who is so wise as to make his pleas like King David\u2019s, who was keeping the King\u2019s door? He was a&nbsp;<em>Merkava<\/em>&nbsp;[chariot\/assembly] to&nbsp;<em>Malchut<\/em>, which is called \u201cthe King\u2019s door.\u201d So it is, and this is why the Torah teaches us the ways of the
