This is why they are called&nbsp;<em>Shehakim<\/em>&nbsp;[skies, grinding]. Both together are&nbsp;<em>Vav<\/em>&#8211;<em>Vav<\/em>, from&nbsp;<em>Veshet<\/em>&nbsp;[gullet] from the left, and they are the two molars on the right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The right and left contradict one another because the right line extends from the&nbsp;<em>Holam<\/em>, the ascent of&nbsp;<em>Malchut<\/em>&nbsp;to&nbsp;<em>Bina<\/em>, and the departure of the&nbsp;<em>GAR<\/em>. The left line extends from the point of&nbsp;<em>Shuruk<\/em>, when&nbsp;<em>Malchut<\/em>&nbsp;returned and descended from&nbsp;<em>Bina<\/em>, the&nbsp;<em>GAR<\/em>&nbsp;went out again, and the right line was cancelled as though it never existed, since&nbsp;<em>Malchut<\/em>&nbsp;has returned and descended from&nbsp;<em>Bina<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, from&nbsp;<em>Chazeh de<\/em>&nbsp;<em>ZA<\/em>&nbsp;and above, it sucks from its corresponding&nbsp;<em>Behina<\/em>&nbsp;[discernment] in&nbsp;<em>Chazeh de<\/em>&nbsp;<em>AA<\/em>&nbsp;and above, where&nbsp;<em>AVI<\/em>&nbsp;clothe. In them the&nbsp;<em>Yod<\/em>&nbsp;does not depart from the&nbsp;<em>Avir<\/em>, meaning that&nbsp;<em>Malchut<\/em>&nbsp;does not descend from&nbsp;<em>Bina<\/em>&nbsp;and they never receive the work of the left line.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For this reason, from&nbsp;<em>Chazeh de<\/em>&nbsp;<em>ZA<\/em>&nbsp;and above, although the left line came out, it did not cancel the right line because it nurses from upper&nbsp;<em>AVI<\/em>. But from&nbsp;<em>Chazeh de<\/em>&nbsp;<em>ZA<\/em>&nbsp;and below, where the two lines right and left are called&nbsp;<em>NH<\/em>, they nurse from their corresponding&nbsp;<em>Behina<\/em>, from&nbsp;<em>Chazeh de<\/em>&nbsp;<em>AA<\/em>&nbsp;and below, where&nbsp;<em>YESHSUT<\/em>&nbsp;is found, and in them the left line appears and the&nbsp;<em>Yod<\/em>&nbsp;comes out of the&nbsp;<em>Avir<\/em>. Hence, when the left line appears,&nbsp;<em>Hod<\/em>, the&nbsp;<em>Netzah<\/em>&nbsp;is promptly cancelled because once the&nbsp;<em>Gadlut<\/em>&nbsp;has returned, there is certainly no&nbsp;<em>Katnut<\/em>&nbsp;there anymore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, there are&nbsp;<em>Panim<\/em>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<em>Achoraim<\/em>&nbsp;[anterior and posterior] in&nbsp;<em>YESHSUT<\/em>, as well. The right line also governs in the&nbsp;<em>Panim<\/em>&nbsp;<em>de<\/em>&nbsp;<em>YESHSUT<\/em>, and the&nbsp;<em>Yod<\/em>&nbsp;does not come out from the&nbsp;<em>Avir<\/em>, as in&nbsp;<em>AVI<\/em>. For this reason, when&nbsp;<em>NH<\/em>&nbsp;<em>de<\/em>&nbsp;<em>ZA<\/em>&nbsp;receive from the&nbsp;<em>Panim<\/em>&nbsp;<em>de<\/em>&nbsp;<em>YESHSUT<\/em>, there is standing for the right line even after the elicitation of the left line, since the right line receives strength from the right line of the&nbsp;<em>Panim<\/em>&nbsp;<em>de<\/em>&nbsp;<em>YESHSUT<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hence, there are two&nbsp;<em>Behinot<\/em>&nbsp;in&nbsp;<em>NH<\/em>&nbsp;<em>de<\/em>&nbsp;<em>ZA<\/em>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If they are in\u00a0<em>Achoraim<\/em>, receiving from the\u00a0<em>Achoraim de<\/em>\u00a0<em>YESHSUT<\/em>,\u00a0<em>Netzah<\/em>\u00a0is cancelled by the elicitation of\u00a0<em>Hod<\/em>, as the\u00a0<em>Gadlut<\/em>\u00a0that cancels the\u00a0<em>Katnut<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If they receive from the\u00a0<em>Panim<\/em>\u00a0<em>de<\/em>\u00a0<em>YESHSUT<\/em>, the right line remains in power even after the elicitation of the left line.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><em>NH<\/em>&nbsp;are two halves of the same body, since the right line is the elicitation of&nbsp;<em>Katnut<\/em>, and the left line is the elicitation of&nbsp;<em>Gadlut<\/em>&nbsp;of the same body, the same degree. Thus, the&nbsp;<em>Gadlut<\/em>&nbsp;should have cancelled the&nbsp;<em>Katnut<\/em>, yet both remain in power, as two twins. It is so only with respect to the&nbsp;<em>Panim<\/em>&nbsp;<em>de<\/em>&nbsp;<em>NH<\/em>, where the right line sucks its power from the&nbsp;<em>Panim<\/em>&nbsp;<em>de<\/em>&nbsp;<em>YESHSUT<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is why they are called&nbsp;<em>Shehakim<\/em>, as both control each to itself. They fight one anther and grind one another. Together, they are&nbsp;<em>Vav<\/em>&#8211;<em>Vav<\/em>&nbsp;from&nbsp;<em>Veshet<\/em>&nbsp;[gullet], discerned as left, and with respect to the&nbsp;<em>Achoraim<\/em>&nbsp;<em>de<\/em>&nbsp;<em>YESHSUT<\/em>, the left side, they are regarded as one degree, since the left cancels the right. The&nbsp;<em>Vav<\/em>&nbsp;of&nbsp;<em>Veshet<\/em>&nbsp;implies them; it stretched and became Satan because it was without grinding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They are two molars on the right, as with respect to the&nbsp;<em>Panim<\/em>&nbsp;<em>de<\/em>&nbsp;<em>YESHSUT<\/em>, the right side, there is power to the right side, too,&nbsp;<em>Netzah<\/em>, and then they are two separate degrees fighting one another, two molars grinding&nbsp;<em>MAN<\/em>&nbsp;for the righteous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>446) \u201cAnd Moses took Joseph\u2019s bones with him,\u201d the bones of the righteous, the foundation [<em>Yesod<\/em>] of the world, the degree of the righteous Joseph. It is written about&nbsp;<em>NH<\/em>, \u201cMy bread which is presented unto Me for offerings made by fire, of a fragrance unto Me.\u201d There is no bread but the Torah,&nbsp;<em>NH<\/em>, which are fighting one another, in grinding. It is written about them, \u201cGo, eat [also \u201cfight\u201d] of my bread.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>NH<\/em>&nbsp;are clusters of grapes imparted by the righteous,&nbsp;<em>Yesod<\/em>, a fruit bearing tree. It is written about it, \u201cAnd they carried it on a pole between two.\u201d With a pole and not with a board, since there was no righteous there, called \u201ctree,\u201d since&nbsp;<em>Yesod<\/em>, the middle line, did not unite the two clusters,&nbsp;<em>NH<\/em>&nbsp;to be included in one another. This is why they carried the pole in two, without inclusion in the righteous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>447) In order for&nbsp;<em>NH<\/em>&nbsp;not to part, it is written about the righteous,&nbsp;<em>Yesod<\/em>, \u201cHe will never let the righteous fall [\u201cfall\u201d also means \u201cpole\u201d]. That is,&nbsp;<em>Yesod<\/em>&nbsp;will not fall from uniting&nbsp;<em>NH<\/em>. The righteous is a tree. It is written about him, \u201cIs there a tree in it or not?\u201d Those who gave the earth a bad name have uprooted that tree, the righteous,&nbsp;<em>Yesod<\/em>, and caused, \u201cAnd they carried it on a pole between two,\u201d for&nbsp;<em>NH<\/em>&nbsp;to be&nbsp;<em>Vav<\/em>,&nbsp;<em>Vav<\/em>, without unification of the&nbsp;<em>Yesod<\/em>. The righteous has fallen because they have given the earth a bad name.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>448) It was said about&nbsp;<em>NH<\/em>&nbsp;in the sin of the tree of knowledge that Eve squeezed grapes and gave to him.&nbsp;<em>NH<\/em>&nbsp;are called \u201cclusters of grapes.\u201d Grapes are illumination of&nbsp;<em>Hochma<\/em>&nbsp;on the left, which is forbidden to draw from above downward. Drawing it from above downward is regarded as squeezing grapes, which is the sin of the tree of knowledge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A righteous,&nbsp;<em>Yesod<\/em>, there is a&nbsp;<em>Sod<\/em>&nbsp;[secret] in him, since&nbsp;<em>Yesod<\/em>&nbsp;contains the letters of&nbsp;<em>Sod<\/em>, which is wine that is kept in its grapes from the six days of creation.&nbsp;<em>Yesod<\/em>&nbsp;keeps the grapes, illumination of&nbsp;<em>Hochma<\/em>&nbsp;from being squeezed, so they will not draw it from above downward, but only from below upward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The six days of creation are six degrees&nbsp;<em>HGT<\/em>&nbsp;<em>NHY<\/em>&nbsp;of the letter&nbsp;<em>Vav<\/em>,&nbsp;<em>Tifferet<\/em>, the middle line, from which&nbsp;<em>Yesod<\/em>&nbsp;receives the power of keeping. They are called \u201cseraphim,\u201d when they are&nbsp;<em>Vav<\/em>,&nbsp;<em>Vav<\/em>, without unification, as it is written, \u201csix wings, six wings to the one,\u201d twice six. They are called \u201cseraphim\u201d because of the left in them, and they elicit water from the right in them. Also, they are thirsty due to the flame in them from the side of&nbsp;<em>Gevura<\/em>, from the left side, and they draw water from the side of&nbsp;<em>Hesed<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>449) It is written about&nbsp;<em>NH<\/em>, \u201cHe makes His angels into winds,\u201d on the part of the middle pillar,&nbsp;<em>ZA<\/em>. These are the winds that extend from&nbsp;<em>ZA<\/em>&nbsp;into the lobes of the lung, which blow on the heart\u2014the tenth degree in the holy spirit,&nbsp;<em>Malchut<\/em>, who is between&nbsp;<em>NH<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Yesod<\/em>,&nbsp;<em>Vav<\/em>, is a letter in His army, which comprises six joints over the two thighs,&nbsp;<em>NH<\/em>, each of which with three joints, since he is the middle line. It is written about him, \u201cHis thighs are pillars of marble [spelt as \u201csix\u201d].\u201d This is the righteous, the token of the covenant, which includes the six of&nbsp;<em>NH<\/em>. Here he interprets the name&nbsp;<em>Tzevaot<\/em>&nbsp;[hosts\/armies], called&nbsp;<em>Yesod<\/em>, letters, a letter in His army because it contains six joints of&nbsp;<em>NH<\/em>,&nbsp;<em>HGT<\/em>&nbsp;<em>NHY<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>450) The upper&nbsp;<em>Vav<\/em>&nbsp;in the two&nbsp;<em>Vavs<\/em>&nbsp;of&nbsp;<em>Vav<\/em>&#8211;<em>Vav<\/em>&nbsp;in the filling is&nbsp;<em>Tifferet<\/em>, since he is the middle line between the six joints in the two arms. And because it is body and covenant,&nbsp;<em>Tifferet<\/em>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<em>Yesod<\/em>, they are called&nbsp;<em>Vav<\/em>,&nbsp;<em>Vav<\/em>, two&nbsp;<em>Vavs<\/em>&nbsp;of&nbsp;<em>Vav<\/em>&#8211;<em>Vav<\/em>&nbsp;in the filling. We regard them as one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>NH<\/em>&nbsp;are as it is written, \u201cSpreading wings upward,\u201d opposite the upper&nbsp;<em>Vav<\/em>&nbsp;atop them,&nbsp;<em>Tifferet<\/em>. From this side,&nbsp;<em>NH<\/em>&nbsp;are called \u201cprophets of truth,\u201d since&nbsp;<em>Tifferet<\/em>&nbsp;is called \u201ctruth.\u201d With their wings they cover the covenant,&nbsp;<em>Yesod<\/em>, the second&nbsp;<em>Vav<\/em>, a righteous, the foundation of the world. For this reason they grind&nbsp;<em>MAN<\/em>&nbsp;for the righteous on the part of the righteous, the foundation of the world, which is between them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A righteous,&nbsp;<em>Yesod<\/em>, is the middle line between&nbsp;<em>NH<\/em>, and receives from them the&nbsp;<em>MAN<\/em>&nbsp;that they grind. This is why&nbsp;<em>NH<\/em>&nbsp;are called&nbsp;<em>Tohanot<\/em>&nbsp;[\u201cmolars,\u201d in Hebrew: \u201cgrinding\u201d].<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>451) From the side of the gullet, where there is prior grinding in the teeth, it is written \u201cThe people roamed and gathered.\u201d This is the gathering of the verdicts in the Mishnah, the&nbsp;<em>MAN<\/em>&nbsp;that Israel raise through the engagement in Torah and Mishnah, and which rises to the upper gullet.&nbsp;<em>Shatu<\/em>&nbsp;[roamed] has the letters of&nbsp;<em>Veshet<\/em>&nbsp;[gullet], and they ground in the mills. Thus, one who utters words of Torah from his mouth should grind them in the teeth, thoroughly scrutinize them, and bring out complete words. And these words are called \u201cwhole.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Other words are despised because they eat the words by stuffing, and they are not ground in their molars and teeth. That is, they do not thoroughly scrutinize the words of Torah that they utter from their mouths. It is written about them, \u201cWhile the meat was still between their teeth, before it was chewed, the anger of the Lord was kindled against the people,\u201d since they come from the same root that said, \u201cLet me have a swallow, I pray you,\u201d from wicked Esau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>NH<\/em>&nbsp;are called \u201ccherubim.\u201d This is why the words, \u201cSpreading wings upward,\u201d relate to&nbsp;<em>NH<\/em>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>445)&nbsp;NH&nbsp;are two halves of one body, such as two twins.
