And that high place,&nbsp;<em>Bina<\/em>, the place from which the judgments emerge, he calls it&nbsp;<em>Elokim<\/em>. And even though&nbsp;<em>Bina<\/em>&nbsp;is mercy, judgments emerge from her and depend on her. This is why she is called&nbsp;<em>Elokim<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>77) The great sea monsters are the patriarchs,&nbsp;<em>HGT<\/em>, which are first watered by&nbsp;<em>Bina<\/em>, and then send roots to bestow upon all. \u201c\u2026and every living creature that moves.\u201d Every living creature is&nbsp;<em>Nefesh<\/em>&nbsp;of&nbsp;<em>Adam<\/em>&nbsp;<em>ha<\/em>&nbsp;<em>Rishon<\/em>, which the upper land,&nbsp;<em>Malchut<\/em>, educed from the upper&nbsp;<em>Haya<\/em>, which is&nbsp;<em>Bina<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is written, \u201cLet the earth bring forth living creatures,\u201d which is&nbsp;<em>Nefesh<\/em>&nbsp;of&nbsp;<em>Adam<\/em>&nbsp;<em>ha<\/em>&nbsp;<em>Rishon<\/em>, who pulled into him. \u201c\u2026that moves\u201d is&nbsp;<em>Haya<\/em>,&nbsp;<em>Bina<\/em>. \u201c\u2026swarmed\u201d means bestowing in all the mountains, which are&nbsp;<em>HGT<\/em>\u2014above and below\u2014to&nbsp;<em>ZA<\/em>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<em>Malchut<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And the words, \u201cAnd the earth brought forth\u2026\u201d is&nbsp;<em>Malchut<\/em>,&nbsp;<em>Nefesh<\/em>&nbsp;of&nbsp;<em>Adam<\/em>&nbsp;<em>ha<\/em>&nbsp;<em>Rishon<\/em>, from the \u201cliving creature that moves,\u201d which is&nbsp;<em>Bina<\/em>. \u201c\u2026with which the waters swarmed\u201d are the&nbsp;<em>Hassadim<\/em>&nbsp;[mercy] of the upper river,&nbsp;<em>Bina<\/em>, which stretches out of Eden,&nbsp;<em>Hochma<\/em>, and waters the tree,&nbsp;<em>ZA<\/em>, so it may strike its roots over everything, and will contain food for all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>78) Another meaning: the creature that moves is&nbsp;<em>Malchut<\/em>, King David, of whom it is written, \u201cI shall not die but live.\u201d \u201c\u2026and every winged bird after its kind\u201d are the holy angels that are there to sanctify the name of their Master every single day. It is written about them, \u201csix wings, six wings for the one.\u201d And some fly around the world to do their Masters\u2019 will, as His heralds, each as it should.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>79) Certainly, the \u201cliving creature that moves\u201d is the highest&nbsp;<em>Haya<\/em>,&nbsp;<em>Bina<\/em>, since the text calls the other one\u2014<em>Malchut<\/em>\u2014\u201cland,\u201d as it is written, \u201cand let birds multiply on the earth,\u201d in&nbsp;<em>Malchut<\/em>, and not in water, which are&nbsp;<em>Bina\u2019s<\/em>&nbsp;<em>Hassadim<\/em>. The river,&nbsp;<em>Bina<\/em>, stretches out and waters without separation down to that place called \u201cearth,\u201d&nbsp;<em>Malchut<\/em>. And from there down, it is written, \u201cand from there it parted,\u201d which are the worlds of separation. And the fowl are the angels from the world of separation.
