489. When the Creator took Enoch from his place, He made for him his role in adhesion properly, with a decoration of the upper spirit. He called him Boy.\u201d Because of him, every \u201cboy\u201d in the Torah is written without a Hey [at the end, as is usually the case]. He is incorporated in the upper one, in the upper spirit, ZA, and in the lower one, in incorporation, which consists of what was taken from below, from Malchut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Enoch consists of two kinds of Mochin: anterior Mochin from ZA, and posterior Mochin of Malchut from the first state. The Creator made for Enoch his role in adhesion, properly, in two kinds of Mochin. In crowning the upper spirit, Mochin of the Panim of ZA, and He called him \u201cboy\u201d in posterior Mochin from Malchut which are called \u201cboy\u201d \u201cadolescence.\u201d For this reason, it is considered that at one time, ZA is closed in it, and another time, Malchut is clothed in it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Because of him, every boy is written in the Torah without a Hey, since Malchut is called \u201cgirl\u201d during the coupling with ZA. But when she is in posterior Mochin, clothed in Matat, Malchut is called \u201cboy\u201d without a Hey. Thus, wherever it is written in the Torah \u201cboy\u201d without a Hey, it refers to Malchut that is clothed in Matat. There is the illumination of the upper one in him, ZA, and illumination of the lower one, Malchut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
490. For this reason, his governance is in two sides, gripped below, in Malchut, and gripped above, in ZA. It is written, \u201cEducate the child according to his way, for even when he grows old, he will not stray from it.\u201d \u201cEducate the boy\u201d means Matat, who is called a \u201cboy,\u201d whom the Creator drew from below, and he is Enoch. 493. \u201cAnd your mouth, like the good wine, goes straight to my beloved.\u201d \u201cYour mouth\u201d are disciples of the wise, who are as good wine whose scent travels far. Likewise, disciples of the wise are in one place, but their Torah [teaching] travels far off to every place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
494. Even when they are in the grave, their lips whisper their Torah, as it is written, \u201cmoves the lips of the sleeping.\u201d It is much more so in the place where the pillars of the world stand, for even the ministering angels do not have the strength to resist them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
495. Once, there was a plague in Lod. Rabbi Shimon came to the city. They told him, \u201cWhat shall we do\u201d Rabbi Shimon arose and went through the city, and saw dead people. He said, all this is in the city and I am here, I decree that the plague will be canceled.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
496. They heard a voice saying, \u201cGet out of here, for Rabbi Shimon is here. The Creator decrees, and he cancels. Who can resist his greatness? He must be as great as Moses.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
497. \u201cAnd Moses said to Aaron, \u2018Take your censer, place fire from the altar in it, and add incense.\u2019\u201d It is also written, \u201cAnd Aaron took the censer as Moses had ordered and ran into the midst of the assembly. And seeing that the plague had begun among the people, he offered the incense and made atonement for the people. And he stood between the dead and the living; so the plague was stopped.\u201d Moses had to trouble so much, while Rabbi Shimon, with his word, the Creator decrees and he cancels the plague.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
498. When The Zohar<\/em> awakened with these high words of wisdom of Ruth, Ruth was kosher [proper\/pure]. However, although she was kosher, her appropriateness was not apparent until she adhered to that righteous Boaz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 499. Ruth was more kosher than all the nations.
