Those four cups on that night represent four redemptions: \u201cAnd I brought out,\u201d \u201cAnd I \u200esaved,\u201d \u201cAnd I redeemed,\u201d and \u201cAnd I took.\u201d The holy coupling on that night is on all sides, \u200eboth in Hochma and in Hassadim. Also, the coupling is in four knots, which are four degrees, HB \u200eTM, which never part from each other when that coupling is present. We \u200eawaken in their joy and correspondingly drink four cups because we have been rewarded \u200ewith them. This is so because one who clings to the illumination of the coupling is rewarded \u200ewith all four degrees HB TM. This is why this night is different from all other nights, and one \u200eshould unite the name in everything and rejoice on that night because it is joy above and \u200ebelow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>136. Those four, HB TM, are called \u201cfour redemptions,\u201d since this last degree, Malchut, is \u200ecalled \u201credeemer,\u201d \u201cthe redeeming angel.\u201d But she is called \u201credeemer\u201d only through \u200eanother degree, a higher one, Tifferet, which stands above her and shines on her. And Tifferet \u200eemits light to her only in the two degrees on him, HB, from whom Tifferet \u200ereceives. It turns out that these four, HB TM, are four redemptions because they are \u200econnected in Malchut, who is called \u201credeemer.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>135.
