In class, children should not sit in rows, but in a circle. There, everyone is equal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This principle should be sensed externally, as well. There should be no teacher in class preaching to the children, but a guide who is leading a discussion in which each of the students can express ideas and thoughts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It cannot be that some of the children in class will be active and the rest will hardly be there or will only listen. The guide must allow each child to express him or her self as an individual, and everyone must be actively involved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For example, the guide may read a story. Then, each of the children must comment on it: thoughts, feelings, opinions. It would also be good if each child wrote a few sentences about the story.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
