Since the heart has changed, the prayer becomes so new that sometimes the same words seem strange to the supplicant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We speak not about the Creator but of how we understand His Properties. Hence our notions constantly change. By \u201cour notions,\u201d I mean the ideas belonging to those who work on inner corrections and aspire to be like the Creator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The feelings in our hearts are the prayer. But the most powerful prayer, as Baal HaSulam writes, is the feeling in one\u2019s heart during the study, the yearning to understand the material, meaning to match it with one\u2019s own properties.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Q: What is a prayer?
