{"id":9197,"date":"2025-11-19T19:12:32","date_gmt":"2025-11-19T19:12:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staging.kabbalah.info\/?post_type=book&#038;p=9197"},"modified":"2025-11-19T19:12:32","modified_gmt":"2025-11-19T19:12:32","slug":"behukotai-in-my-statutes","status":"publish","type":"book","link":"https:\/\/www.kabbalah.info\/en\/behukotai-in-my-statutes\/","title":{"rendered":"BeHukotai [In My Statutes]"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>20)&nbsp;<strong>Woe unto people who do not know and do not consider the glory of their Master.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>21)&nbsp;<strong>The poor is gripped in&nbsp;<em>Din<\/em>&nbsp;and all his feeding is in&nbsp;<em>Din<\/em>, in a place called \u201cjustice,\u201d which is&nbsp;<\/strong><strong><em>Malchut<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;\u2026When she is not in a&nbsp;<em>Zivug<\/em>&nbsp;with&nbsp;<em>ZA<\/em>, she is poor and she is called \u201cjustice,\u201d and one who gives&nbsp;<em>Tzedaka<\/em>&nbsp;[alms, but also righteousness in Hebrew] to the poor makes the Holy Name above properly whole, connecting her with&nbsp;<em>ZA<\/em>, which gives her everything. Because&nbsp;<em>Tzedaka<\/em>&nbsp;is the tree of life,&nbsp;<em>ZA<\/em>, and&nbsp;<em>Tzedaka<\/em>&nbsp;gives and bestows upon justice,&nbsp;<em>Malchut<\/em>, when she gives to justice,&nbsp;<em>ZA<\/em>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<em>Malchut&nbsp;<\/em>connect with one another and the Holy Name is complete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>30-31)&nbsp;<strong>There is an allegory about a man who loved his friend.<\/strong>&nbsp;He told him, \u201cCertainly, because of the sublime love that I have for you, I wish to dwell with you.\u201d His friend replied, \u201cHow will I know that you will dwell with me?\u201d He went and took all the good things in his home and brought them to him and said, \u201cMy pawn is with you, so I will never part from you.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So is the Creator. He wished to dwell with Israel. He took His treasure, Divinity, and lowered it down to Israel. He told them, \u201cIsrael, here is My pawn with you, so I will never part from you.\u201d And although the Creator was removed from us, He left the pawn in our hands because Divinity is with us in exile and we keep His treasure. And when He asks for His pawn, He will come to dwell with us. This is why it is written, \u201cAnd I will set My tabernacle among you.\u201d \u201cI will give you a pawn so I will dwell with you.\u201d And even though Israel is in exile now, the Creator\u2019s mortgage is with them and they have never left it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>42)&nbsp;<strong>How beloved are Israel by the Creator<\/strong>. The Creator wishes to reprove them and to lead them in the straight path, as a father has mercy on his son. And out of his love for him, his cane is always in his hand, to lead him in the straight path and so that he will not stray to the right or to the left, as it is written, \u201cFor whom the Lord loves He reproves, even as a father corrects the son in whom he delights.\u201d And the one whom the Creator does not love and loathes, He removes His reproach from him, removes the scepter from
