Regaining Awareness

Question: Why isn’t the Creator happy when a person enjoys his corporeal life and feels satisfied?

It doesn’t make the Creator happy because it is not the pleasure He intended to give us. Initially, He created a state where we were filled with light, but now we are not feeling it.

We are in an infinite, eternal world, but it is hidden from us. We are like an unconscious person who is really in this world, yet his senses perceive nothing of his surroundings.

The Creator cannot leave us unconscious, with merely a spark of light given to us only to somehow sustain us.

We are unaware of it, and we are willing to settle for the pleasures we experience at present. Nevertheless, it is clear that the plan of the Creator —to lead us to far greater pleasure—cannot remain unfulfilled.
