723. Tzimtzum

Tzimtzum Aleph [first restriction] is called “private Providence,” and Tzimtzum Bet [second restriction] is Providence of reward and punishment. Through raising MAN, the light of AB from before Tzimtzum Bet illuminates.

As for Malchut, it is a rule that we do not speak of any Sefira but only of Malchut, since there is no light without a Kli [vessel]. That is, we do not speak of light without a Kli because all that is spoken of is what the Kli attains, for we cannot speak of that which we do not attain.
