157. What Comes First—the Blessing or the Peace?

The blessing comes first but it does not hold. Hence, the blessing departed from him. For this reason, he must use the blessing so there will be peace, meaning so there will not be disparity of form. Thus, each time he receives a blessing, he should use the blessing to be rewarded with peace, for peace is called “equivalence of form.”

When he has equivalence of form, called “peace,” then when the blessing comes he will be able to exist and not depart.
