Explanation: Blessed is a person in whose heart the Creator places the confidence that he will have confidence, for the quality of confidence requires that the Creator will give the confidence. However, there should be light and Kli [vessel]. Hence, when a person works and wants to obtain confidence in the Creator, by this the Creator gives it to him as a gift.
