530. Movement Due to Shame

Why are we in movement and not like our root? I enjoy rest, and the fact that I am in motion is only due to shame.

Answer: Since our root is at rest, it is because it has nothing to add, as it is in utter wholeness. Conversely, we are in utter deficiency. Therefore, if we enjoy rest, we are considered lazy.
