780. And You, Write

“And you, write about the Jews as you see fit … for a decree which is written in the name of the king and sealed with the king’s signet ring may not be revoked.”

Baal HaSulam said that in the decree of the law it was written to destroy, to kill all the Jews. But it did not write who would be the killers and who would be the killed. Hence, we can interpret that the nations will kill all the Jews. We can interpret “to destroy and kill all,” meaning all the nations. And who would be killing them? The Jews, “And you, write,” about the word “Jews,” “as you see fit.”

We should understand that the Torah was given to everyone to interpret according to his will, and this is called “choice.”
