86. The Degree of “Wicked”
“And to the wicked, God said, ‘Why do you need My book of laws?’” “The world was created only for the [complete] righteous … and the complete wicked.” To the complete wicked, when he feels, he is using the 613 Eitin [Aramaic: counsels], which are Mitzvot [commandments]. To the righteous—613 Pekudin [Aramaic: deposits].
